Victor Prince, Turpin 1987
Victor Prince is a leadership author, speaker, coach, and trainer.
His books have been published by HarperCollins, have been translated into several languages, have hit the Amazon bestseller lists in multiple categories, and are stocked in over 1,000 library systems all over the world.
Victor was a founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the US Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), responsible for more than 300 employees and $100 million of budget. He was also a member of Washington DC Mayor Fenty’s cabinet as the Director of CapStat. He has also worked as a marketing executive at Capital One, as a strategy consultant with Bain & Company, and as an Intelligence Analyst with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).
Victor has an MBA from Wharton and a BA (magma cum laude) from American University.
Outside of work, Victor has won the Scandinavian Cup as the General Manager of an American football team in Europe. He also won the Company of the Year award in the Washington DC area as a Junior Achievement advisor. While a student at Wharton, Victor served as the Chair of the Graduate and Professional Student Assembly at the University of Pennsylvania, representing 10,000+ students in Penn’s 12 graduate schools. He was also appointed by the Mayor of Washington DC to the DC Police Complaints Board to oversee the police department.
