Betsy Schmidt-Gullett

Betsy Schmidt-Gullett serves as the Executive Director of Prospect Development at The University of Cincinnati Foundation, the fundraising organization for both UC Health and the University of Cincinnati. Her career in Higher Education has, for the past fifteen years, been focused on how to help organizations grow their philanthropy to create impact in the lives of many and has twice been recognized with the Circle of Excellence Award for outstanding work in Advancement by CASE (Council for Advancement and Support of Education). Previous to her role at The University of Cincinnati Foundation, she served in similar roles at The Ohio State University and her alma mater, Wittenberg University. Additionally, she has served two terms on the Board of OPRN (Ohio Prospect Research Network), as a member of the APRA Executive Cohort, and as a part of the Great Lakes Prospect Development FORUM.

Betsy and her family returned to the Anderson Township area in 2018. She graduated from Turpin High School in 1997 and her daughter also became a Turpin graduate in 2023. Betsy’s two sons are currently attending the Forest Hills Schools District.
