Kim, her husband Vince, and their four children live in Anderson. All four children attended Wilson Elementary, Nagel Middle School, and Turpin High School. In addition, their children are all proud alumni of the Turpin Band, where Kim spent 11 years on the Turpin Band Boosters, including 6 years as its President.
Kim is a lawyer and a member of Frost Brown Todd LLC. In addition to her practice representing lenders, she represents parties in New Markets Tax Credit transactions, which have been used in a number of cases to effectively improve development in distressed areas, including Over the Rhine. Kim has also served a number of community organizations including the Cincinnati Development Fund, Mercy Social Ministries Board, Mercy Foundation Board, Mercy Regional Board, Go Red for Women, Fluidity, and currently serves on the board of her church.
