President

Founder of the Forest Hills Foundation for Education, Randy is a graduate of Anderson High School. He received his bachelor degrees in marketing, management and industrial engineering from the University of Cincinnati. Randy started at Procter & Gamble in 1979 in brand management and later worked in the marketing department launching new brands. He retired in 2014 as senior manager in the Policy Department.

Randy is president and general manager of Noble Properties of Cincinnati Inc. and is a board member on the Forest Hills Board of Education. He also is the president-elect of the Ohio School Boards Association. In addition, Randy is a trustee on the University of Cincinnati Foundation Board, serves on the board of governors of the UC Band Alumni Association and is past president and trustee of the Anderson Hills Christian Church. He also serves on the Dan Beard Council of the Boy Scouts of America and is a member of the Greater Cincinnati Eagle Scout Association. One of his favorite volunteer activities is announcing for the UC Bearcat Marching Band.

In his spare time, Randy is an amateur radio operator, scuba diver, private pilot and motorcycle enthusiast. Randy and his wife, Susan, have two children – Sarah and Steve – both graduates of Turpin High School.
