How She Got Here 

As a seasoned Human Resources and business professional with a passion for operational excellence, Michelle offers a diverse background with specializations in Human Resource management, employee engagement, corporate culture, team management, and overall talent and leadership development. She earned her experience in working for dunnhumbyUSA, Information Resources Inc. owning her own franchise and is currently working on the People Operations team at InfoTrust LLC. Michelle believes that people are at the core of all successes.

Making a Difference In Her Community 

Michelle is the treasurer for Turpin PTO and Citizens for Forest Hills Schools PAC. Previously she has served as President of Forest Hills Council, Wilson PTO, and has enjoyed a number of volunteer leadership positions within the school district that allow her to experience the power of people on a more casual platform.

Outside the Professional World 

Michelle enjoys spending quality time with her husband and 2 children. Her personal passions include hiking, traveling, exercising, reading, hanging out with friends watching her kid’s sporting events, and cheering on the Bengals, Ohio State, and FC Cincinnati.
