Bridget is the Human Resources Director for Mercy Health Anderson & Clermont Hospitals. She has served in the Mercy Health Ministry since 2006 in a variety of Human Resources roles. Throughout her 13 years in Human Resources she has focused on talent development, recruitment and business strategy. Bridget has an Masters in Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Bridget was born and raised in our community. Over the years she has volunteered in multiple positions on the Amelia PTA, coach for youth sports and currently is a CASA Volunteer. She has been married to her husband, Norb for 27 years. They have four children, Megan, Lauren, Mitch and Luke, all who graduated from West Clermont Local Schools. They also have five grandchildren who are the light of their lives. They enjoy spending time with their family, traveling, hiking and playing games.
